  1. Do good to feel good

Love and compassion are the greatest promoters of happiness. We all seek the purpose of life and while one may feel lost amongst the vastness of the world, the quickest way to inner tranquility is kindness – helping others and developing close relationships puts our minds at ease!

2. Acknowledge a common struggle

When we come upon a particular difficulty, it is easy to get discouraged. But if we remember that we are not alone in our struggles and everyone is faced with difficulties, it increases our determination to overcome trouble. 

3. You are never alone

It takes a village to raise a child – solely because at every level of existence, we depend upon others to do well. Develop a sense of responsibility and concern for others, help them grow and don’t hesitate to seek help out for yourself. 

4. Don’t hesitate to show affection

If a child is not held, cuddled and hugged when young, its development can be impaired and affect its maturity. Showing the people you care about how much you mean to them can brighten your and their day and even bring you closer – therefore, helping you find little bits of happiness everyday!
