Q. Are you an Airtel customer unable to access your membership?

Previously the Juggernaut catalogue was part of an Airtel Thanks loyalty benefit. Sadly, Airtel is no longer offering this benefit to its customer base free of cost. Instead, we now have a variety of subscription plans for you to choose from depending on how many books you plan to read in a month! We do hope you will continue reading with us by subscribing to one of these plans or buying the books.

Q. Are you unable to see the book/subscription plan you just purchased?

Please immediately write to us at with the details of your purchase. We will work to provide you either with the subscription plan you paid for or a refund for your purchase. One of our team members will immediately get back to you with an update. 

For an immediate refund please write to us with the following details – Bank Name: Account Name:  Account Number: IFSC Code: Book Purchased/Subscription Purchased:  Purchase Amount: Purchase Date: Invoice/Transaction details:

Q. Unable to subscribe to our new plans?

In case you are unable to subscribe to our new plans, please try updating the app or try deleting the Juggernaut App and Reinstalling it. And please do make sure that you are using the new Juggernaut App titled “Juggernaut (Formerly Airtel Books)”. This should fix any tech issues you might be facing.  In case it does not, please do write to us. 

Q. Unable to access your shelf on the Juggernaut website?

Juggernaut Books has decided to move from Web to App only reading service.  We request you to install the Juggernaut Books app and log in using your phone number. To help us migrate the books from your old to the new account, simply log in on the Juggernaut App. Go to the Profile page and select WRITE TO US. Send this mail to us and we’ll do the needful

In case you want to access/read the books on the website only, please visit this link – and click on the Login button on the right. Login using your credentials and click on the My Shelf button. You will be able to view the books.

Note that you can not purchase from the Website, that feature is now app only.
