The law of attraction states that what you put out into the universe is what you’ll receive in return. So if you’re full of frustration, anger, and your thoughts are negative, you will only receive more bad things to be angry and frustrated about. Conversely, if you’re sending love, gratitude, and praise out into the universe, positive things will come your way. In order to be one of those people who can eat what they want and not gain weight, it’s essential to stop worrying, and start thinking like those people.
