Ingredients
1⁄4 cup ghee
1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1⁄2 tsp cardamom powder
Almond flakes to decorate
Preparation

In a bowl, whisk the ghee, sugar and cardamom powder till light and creamy.

In another bowl, sift the flour and cocoa powder.

Add the flour mixture to the ghee mixture and use your hands to make a dough.

Portion the dough into small balls, flatten them and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper/foil.

Sprinkle the almond flakes on top of the cookies.

Bake in a preheated oven at 165 °C for 15–18 minutes.
