About the story

Kabuliwallah is a Bengali short story written by Rabindranath Tagore in 1892. The story is about a dry fruit seller from Kabul, who comes to Calcutta to sell his wares. There he becomes friends with a five-year-old girl Mini from a bhadralok family. The story has been made into popular films in both Hindi and Bengali and is one of the best known of Tagore’s stories.

This translation of Kabuliwallah is by acclaimed translator Arunava Sinha and is a part of The Greatest Bengali Stories Ever Told published by Aleph Books.

Appreciate the initiative. Thank you. Would like to participate tomorrow. :)
What time tomorrow will you be putting up a new story for parts to be read and sent? What time can send it by latest? Can one read multiple parts/excerpts and have them sent to you?
Also, I noticed that parts 8 and 9 are the same in Kabuliwallah, if you would like to rectify the assumably inadvertent error.
    Warm Regards.
