At Juggernaut, we love food — and since Christmas is the season of great food, we thought we should share our love with all you brilliant home chefs out there!
Presenting the Juggernaut Christmas Cookbook Contest: send us your favourite Christmas recipe — one that’s close to your heart, or has been handed down by your grandparents, or is a memory from a trip from long ago — and tell us why the recipe is special to you. Does your family spend every Christmas waiting for you to cook that special Christmas pot roast? Do you have a recipe that your mother stole and perfected from the neighbours? Did you add too much rum in your Christmas cake, and it turned out fabulous? Tell us: we want to know! And we’ll publish the 20 best recipes as part of the Juggernaut Christmas Cookbook.
Ooh, and guess what — your recipes will be judged by none other than super-chef Ritu Dalmia!
Here’s what you need to do:
Send us a Christmas recipe that is dear to you or has been in your family for generations.
Tell us in 500 words or less why the recipe is special to you.
Send us a picture of the dish (no Photoshop, please!)
